The Next Generation is here. After passing the field tests over the last few months we are proud to introduce the Templar Scythe.
The Scythe receiver is styled after the Acr and is compatible with all Templar G1, G2, and G3 accessories as well as most factory components.
The Scythe is CNC Machined from either billet 6061 or 7075 as an upgraded package. All Receivers feature upgrades for both strength, durability and weight reduction. The lightened top rails allow for approximately 2 ounces of weight reduction. Mlok segments on the top corners allow for various options like the Unity Tactical Hot Button as well as other Mlok accessories.
The Scythe comes in 3 packages.
The G1 package is a complete upper receiver including internal carrier rails, black nitride bolts, V3 brass deflector and upper takedown pin. This can be used with the factory QD trunnion for a standard QD setup.
The G2 Package is a complete upper receiver including internal carrier rails, ,black nitride bolts, V3 brass deflector, takedown pin and V2 lightweight trunnion with barrel nut.
The G3 package is a complete upper receiver including lightened internal carrier rails, black nitride bolts, V3 brass deflector, upper takedown pin and V3 trunnion assembly with an integratged standard Mlok handguard
**These receivers are the serialized portion of the platform and will only be shipped to a FFL. Factory SBR receivers are also available.**
**Since these are not complete builds, they are considered “firearms” and not rifles or pistols so you can legally do a pistol or rifle build out of the box (as of 9-2-2022). The general rule is once a pistol always a pistol, same is with a rifle so this will allow users to have the legal pistol version if desired.**

***The G1 and G2 receivers can be upgraded with lightweight carrier rails, these are standard on the G3 receivers**
**7075 is optional for each package but will include a slight markup due to material costs**
These are preorders. Once every components status below is Ready they will ship immediately. These have been produced and trued from the 3d files to the real deal final product.
